  • Are your products Eco-friendly?
    Yes! We use a wide range of Eco-friendly products. Contact us to find out more.
  • How many cleaners come to the job?
    For average jobs we bring out 1 cleaner. For larger cleans, such as end of lease or exit cleans, we will bring 2-4 cleaners depending on the space that requires cleaning.
  • Do you take new clients?
    Absolutely! Send us an inquiry to discuss!
  • How often can you come to clean?
    We can clean daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Whenever you need us, we can be there!

Cancellation Policy

Your clean is very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee .The amount of the fee will be equal to your initial deposit.​


All bookings are priced and planned to a strict time schedule. It is important for our staff to have access to the location at the time of the booking.


Our preferred payment method is direct bank transfer. 

Our information will be in the deposit email and invoice.

Terms & Conditions

In the circumstance that our staff cannot enter the location of the clean, staff will contact you and wait 15 minutes after the arrival time. If no contact is made within 15 minutes, the clean will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

All invoices must be paid within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your clean until payment is received. If you are unable to make payment by the due date, please reach out to our team to discuss.
